Services
Direct Remodels provides window and door installation, replacement, and remodeling services to homeowners across the State of Florida. All services are subject to a signed contract between Direct Remodels and the homeowner, which will outline specific terms, pricing, timelines, and warranty information.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided through our website or during in-home consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on final measurements, material selection, and project scope. Final pricing will be outlined in your signed service agreement.
Warranty
Direct Remodels stands behind the quality of our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties apply to all products we install. Specific warranty terms and coverage details will be provided in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Direct Remodels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SMS Program
Program description. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations.
Program frequency. Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation.
Opt out. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” or “END” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” or “END” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at directremodels.com.
Interruption. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
